GT7C5系列臥式殺菌鍋系飽和蒸汽、過熱水殺菌設備。是我廠沿襲國內外同類設備所生產的普通型、靜置、間歇式臥式殺菌鍋，采用快開門機構，操作輕巧靈活，安全可靠。可配置QDLS－A開門安全連鎖裝置，確保使用安全?？裳b置自動記錄儀，裝置有壓縮空氣管，以壓縮空氣作反壓，避免不發(fā)生破袋、漲罐，保證殺菌物的固有風味。
適用范圍：
根據(jù)產品差異選擇蒸汽殺菌或水浴式殺菌方式，適用于袋裝食品、罐裝食品、肉制品、飲料、豆奶、杏仁露、花生奶、椰子奶、蘆筍、蘑菇、火腿腸、蛋品、豆干、休閑食品等食品的殺菌工作。
